The Client
Mano Jewels is a premium jewellery brand offering bespoke and ready-to-wear pieces with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Their website attracted engaged, high-intent visitors — but was converting very few into product enquiries or sales.
The Challenge
High-intent visitors were leaving without making contact. The product pages lacked the visual quality and editorial confidence expected of a premium jewellery brand, and the gap between how beautiful the products were and how they were presented online was costing the business significantly.
Trust signals were absent, the enquiry process was buried and cumbersome, and on mobile — where the majority of traffic arrived — the experience was particularly weak.
