The Client
Core 4×4 is an Australian 4WD accessories retailer with a strong community following and an established brand in the off-road market. Their Shopify store receives significant organic and paid traffic — but was converting at well below its potential.
The Challenge
Despite healthy traffic volumes, Core 4×4’s conversion rate sat well below industry benchmarks for automotive e-commerce. Visitors were browsing but not buying, and the gap between product views and purchases represented significant lost revenue every month.
Product pages lacked the clarity needed for a considered purchase. The cart was creating friction, and mobile shoppers — a growing share of the audience — were dropping off at checkout at a disproportionate rate.

We then redesigned the core conversion pages with clear visual hierarchy, trust signals, and a streamlined mobile checkout — all designed, built, and copywritten in-house.
