Is there a minimum contract length?
Our retainers run month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. We don’t lock you into long contracts because we prefer to earn your business every single month with results.
Can I start with an audit and upgrade later?
Absolutely — and most clients do exactly that. The $399 CRO Audit gives you a complete picture of your biggest opportunities. Many clients use it as the starting point before moving into a monthly retainer.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. We offer reduced rates for early-stage startups and registered nonprofits. Reach out and tell us about your organization — we’ll put together something that works within your budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and invoiced payment terms (Net-15) for retainer clients. Setup is handled through a secure client portal after your strategy call.
